Shipping policy

Our products are dispatched from our warehouse located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We process orders during our standard office hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note, orders placed after 4:00 PM may not be shipped the same day.

Shipping Options for Lithuania-Based Customers

For our customers in Lithuania, we offer free shipping on orders exceeding 100 euros. These orders are shipped using Lp express and Express Fedex shipping, ensuring reliable and prompt delivery.

- Standard Delivery: 24-72 hours across Lithuania, except for delays by the courier itself (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

International Shipping Options

- European Customers: Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over 150 euros.

We ship international orders via FEDEX. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
