I. General Provisions

  1. The online store simpatik.lt is operated by Vita Babičienė , IV number: 128714 , Email: info@hit-cosmetics.com.
    These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the Terms) apply to customers placing orders in the simpatik.lt online store (hereinafter – the Store).
  2. hit-cosmetics.com reserves the right to modify these Terms. The Terms apply to all customers placing orders in this Store.
  3. The Customer must read and familiarize themselves with the Store’s Terms and Conditions before placing an order. By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to the Terms.
  4. The Store is not responsible for any losses (material or non-material) if they arise due to the Customer not following publicly available information in these Terms.

II. Privacy Policy

TEXT MESSAGE MARKETING

By subscribing to simpatik.lt text messages, you agree to receive automated marketing messages about our products and services at the phone number provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other technology. Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. You may receive a confirmation message after opting out. Any other method of unsubscribing is not considered valid.

Privacy Policy

  1. To order goods, the Customer must register and provide all required information. Mandatory fields must be completed for proper order fulfillment. Registration does not automatically subscribe the Customer to marketing messages unless they choose to opt in. Customers may unsubscribe via link or by contacting info@hit-cosmetics.com. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR (effective 2018-05-25). Data is deleted within 30 days upon request.
  2. When placing an order, the Customer must provide personal data necessary for delivery: name, surname, address, phone number, email. Data is used only for order processing and delivery. It may be shared with delivery partners. Other disclosures occur only as required by law.
  3. The Customer must keep login credentials secure and confirms they are of legal age. The Store is not responsible for misuse of login data.
  4. By using the Store, the Customer agrees that cookies will be stored on their device:
  • currency – stores currency preference
  • language – stores language preference
  • PHPSESSID – stores login/session/cart data
  1. Personal data is protected with technical and physical measures. Data is stored for up to 2 years after last use and then permanently deleted.
  2. Payment methods:
    6.1 Online banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor) via OPAY
    6.2 Bank transfer
    6.3 Cash/card on delivery – currently unavailable
    6.4 Parcel lockers / courier delivery
  3. Delivery is handled via suppliers across Europe. Data shared with delivery providers: name, surname, email, phone, address.

III. Order Placement

  1. Customer selects products and adds them to cart.
  2. Customer enters delivery details.
  3. Customer selects payment and delivery method.
  4. Customer reviews and confirms order details.
  5. Order is confirmed when received by Store and payment is completed.
  6. Confirmation email is sent automatically.
  7. Store fulfills order after payment confirmation.
  8. Orders are stored per legal requirements.
  9. Customer agrees to all Terms upon ordering.
  10. Contract is concluded in Lithuanian language.

IV. Guarantees and Pricing

  1. Product features are described on product pages.
  2. Colors and appearance may differ due to screen settings.
  3. Customer agrees to pay the price shown.
  4. Prices are in Euros.
  5. If goods do not meet expectations, Customer must notify Store; issues will be resolved.
  6. Store obligations:
    • provide correct product info
    • deliver correct quantity
    • inform about delivery time
    • contact Customer if issues arise
    • ensure proper packaging

V. Returns

  1. 30-day return guarantee for unused items.
  2. To return:
    • contact info@hit-cosmetics.com
    • provide reason and proof of purchase
    • item must be unused and in original packaging
  3. Supplier warranty applies to defects.
  4. Defective goods will be replaced.

Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer.

Certain items (e.g., underwear) cannot be returned according to Lithuanian law.

  1. Follow same steps for defective goods.
  2. Store responds within 10 days.
  3. Shipping costs are not refunded.

VI. Payment Terms

  1. Payment methods: bank transfer, courier (cash/card), OPAY.
  2. Orders are processed only after payment.
  3. Cash/card on delivery orders are processed immediately.

VII. Delivery

  1. Delivery time is specified per product.
  2. Customer should contact Store only after delivery deadline +24h.
  3. Customer must provide correct delivery address.
  4. If another person accepts delivery, responsibility remains with Customer.
  5. Delivery time: 1–5 working days.
    • via SmartPost Itella, courier, Omniva, or Lithuanian Post
  6. Customer must report missing items immediately.

VIII. Final Provisions

  2. Communication is conducted in Lithuanian
  3. Terms follow Lithuanian law
  4. Lithuanian law applies
  5. Disputes are resolved through negotiation or legal procedures
