If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you may return it. Please contact us first at info@hit-cosmetics.com

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned goods, a refund will be issued within 1–3 business days.
Please make sure to include your order number and bank account number on the package.

Return Policy

30-day return guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased online, you have the right to return it within 30 days.

Conditions for returning goods:

  • Each returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging
  • The item must be unused
  • The item must not be intentionally damaged
  • The returned item must be complete and retain its original appearance

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – the “Terms”) define the mutual rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the person purchasing goods from the online store www.hit-cosmetics.com (hereinafter – the “Buyer”) and hit-cosmetics (hereinafter – the “Seller”). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.

2. Formation of the Purchase Agreement

2.1. A purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer:

  • creates a shopping cart,
  • provides their full name, email address, and delivery address,
  • selects a payment method,
  • reviews these Terms,
  • and clicks the “Order” button.

The agreement remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled.
If the Buyer does not agree with all or part of the Terms, they must not place an order.

3. Seller’s Rights

3.1. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms by publishing updated Terms on the website. Changes take effect upon publication and apply to all subsequent transactions.

3.2. The Seller has other rights as provided by these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Seller’s Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to make efforts to ensure the Buyer can properly use the online store. However, the Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free data transmission and is not liable for any losses resulting from system failures.

4.2. If, due to important circumstances, the Seller cannot supply the ordered product, they will offer an equivalent or similar product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller will refund the paid amount within 14 business days. In such cases, the Seller is not liable for non-delivery.

4.3. The Seller undertakes to comply with other requirements set out in these Terms.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver goods within 3–30 calendar days.

5. Buyer’s Rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms and Lithuanian law.

5.2. Goods may be exchanged or returned upon a written request, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Quality goods with labels may be returned or exchanged within 30 business days from delivery.

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract only if the item:

  • is in original packaging,
  • has not been damaged,
  • and has not substantially changed in appearance.

Returns of defective goods are governed by the Civil Code, during which the Buyer may submit claims regarding defects.

5.3. The Buyer has other rights provided by these Terms and Lithuanian law.

6. Buyer’s Obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and delivery, as well as any additional charges (if applicable), and accept the ordered goods. Payment can be made via the bank specified on www.hit-cosmetics.com or in cash upon delivery to the courier.

6.2. If the Buyer’s registration details change, they must update them immediately.

6.3. The Buyer must confirm payment through their online bank. Goods are reserved and order processing begins only after the Seller receives confirmation of payment.

6.4. The Buyer must comply with all other requirements set out in these Terms and Lithuanian law.

7. General Liability

7.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Any consequences arising from incorrect data are the Buyer’s responsibility.

7.2. The parties are liable for breaches of the agreement in accordance with Lithuanian law.

7.3. In accordance with the Lithuanian Law on Electronic Signature, the Buyer agrees that actions confirmed using login credentials have the same legal force as a written signature.

The Buyer must:

  • keep login details secure,
  • not disclose them to third parties.

If there is suspicion of unauthorized access, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.

All actions performed using the Buyer’s login credentials are considered to have been performed by the Buyer.

7.4. The Seller is not responsible for information on third-party websites accessed through links.

7.5. The Seller is not responsible for differences in product appearance due to the Buyer’s display settings.

7.6. In case of damage, the responsible party compensates the direct losses incurred.


8. Personal Data Processing and Communication

8.1. By clicking “Order,” the Buyer agrees to provide personal data and consents to its processing for:

  • identification,
  • contract execution,
  • and direct marketing purposes.

Personal identification numbers will not be used for direct marketing.

8.2. Newsletters are sent only after subscribing. The Buyer may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email.

8.4. The Buyer confirms awareness of their rights regarding personal data access, correction, deletion, or restriction.

8.5. The Buyer acknowledges that providing personal data is necessary to conclude and perform the contract. Without it, services cannot be provided.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. All information provided on the Seller’s website (including Terms, product details, guarantees, and return rights) is considered to be provided in writing to the Buyer.

9.2. Any disputes arising from the agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
