SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF NON-FOOD PRODUCTS

4. If a buyer is sold a defective non-food product and the seller did not inform the buyer about its defects, the buyer has the right to choose one of the following:

4.1. replace the defective product with a product of proper quality;
4.2. reduce the price of the product accordingly;
4.3. have the defects removed free of charge within a reasonable time;
4.4. be reimbursed for the costs of removing the defects if the seller failed to remove them within a reasonable time and the buyer removed them themselves or with the help of third parties;
4.5. unilaterally terminate the purchase-sale agreement and request a refund.

5. The product quality warranty is determined by the seller.

6. Products are exchanged or returned at the place of purchase or another location specified by the seller that is convenient for the buyer. The buyer must submit a written request indicating the defects of the product and the selected claim from point 4. The request must be accompanied by a receipt or another document confirming the purchase from the seller, and a warranty document (if applicable).

7. If the buyer does not provide a receipt or another valid proof of purchase, the product will only be exchanged or other claims fulfilled with the seller’s consent.

8. In case of disputes regarding product quality, the seller must, within 3 working days of receiving a written request from the buyer, apply in writing to the State Non-Food Products Inspectorate under the Ministry of Economy for product evaluation and inform the buyer of the results.

9. If the seller fails to comply with points 4 or 8, the buyer may independently contact the Inspectorate and inform the seller of the results.

10. The costs of product quality evaluation are covered in accordance with legal regulations.

11. Both the seller and the buyer may participate in the evaluation of product quality.

12. Large and heavy defective goods (over 10 kg) are transported by the seller unless otherwise agreed. The evaluation may also be carried out at the buyer’s home.

13. If the seller proves that defects occurred due to the buyer’s improper use or storage, the product will not be replaced, repaired free of charge, or refunded.

RETURNS FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

14. If the buyer is not satisfied with the shape, size, color, model, or completeness of a purchased product, they have the right to exchange it within 14 days from the date of purchase, unless a longer period is specified by the seller.

If the seller does not have a suitable replacement, the buyer has the right to return the product and receive a refund within the same period.

15. The product must be returned at the place of purchase or another location specified by the seller. The buyer must submit a written request and proof of purchase.

16. The buyer may exercise the right stated in point 14 only if the product has not been used, is undamaged, and retains its original appearance. Minor changes necessary for inspection are not considered damage.

17. In case of disputes regarding product condition, the seller must contact the Inspectorate and inform the buyer of the results.
